ASA and ESS kits are totally different. The ESS uses the vortech blower which spins up to about 40000 rpm. It does not build boost until about 4000 rpm on your tach. The ASA spins at 90000 rpm and builds boost from 2500 rpm. The ASA blower is clutched so it does not run at idle and is silient. The ASA kit has a front mounted intercooler which increases power. ASa does not replace the fuel injectors which can cause rough idle and fouling plugs. Lastly the ASA kit produces much more power for less money.
