Win+R→regedit→go to this place
HKLM/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Winlogon
in the right panel, find this →Userinit.
the original one→C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,
Right click Userinit. Delete everything after "userinit.exe,"
Close everything and Reboot your PC.
